QI synchronization je aplikace určená k propojení systému QI se službami Google. Umožňuje synchronizaci kalendáře, úkolů a kontaktů mezi uživatelským účtem v QI a odpovídajícím Google účtem. Pro tento účel aplikace získává přístup k datům uživatele, aby mohla aktualizovat existující položky, vytvářet nové a zajistit, že informace v obou systémech zůstávají aktuální a plně v souladu.
Aplikace je také součástí nástroje MailConnector, který vyžaduje přístup k e‑mailovým zprávám za účelem jejich odesílání a příjmu. QI synchronization rovněž využívá přístup k informacím o schůzkách pro možnost vytvářet online setkání Google Meet, která podporují vzdálenou komunikaci v rámci akcí QI. Všechny přístupy k datům jsou určeny výhradně k poskytnutí uvedených funkcí. Pro bezpečnou autorizaci a ochranu dat aplikace používá standard OAuth 2.0.
Používání aplikace QI synchronization a přenos informací získaných z rozhraní Google API se řídí zásadami Google API Services User Data Policy včetně požadavků na omezené použití.
QI synchronization is an application designed to integrate the QI system with Google services. It enables synchronization of calendars, tasks, and contacts between a user’s QI account and their corresponding Google account. To support these features, the application requests access to user data so it can update existing items, create new ones, and ensure that information remains current and consistent across both systems.
The application also forms part of the MailConnector tool, which requires access to email messages in order to send and receive them. QI Synchronization further uses access to meeting-related information to allow users to create Google Meet online meetings that facilitate remote communication within QI events. All access to user data is strictly limited to providing these described functions. For secure authorization and data protection, the application uses the OAuth 2.0 standard.
The use of QI synchronization and the transfer of information obtained from the Google API is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the limited use requirements.
